潤廚，一個名字，承載著兩層深意。

「潤」 ，是創辦人兼主廚的名字，也是一種態度——滋潤、溫潤、潤物無聲。

「Rain」 ，則取自杜甫《春夜喜雨》之意境，春雨細膩、柔和，不爭卻能讓萬物煥發生機。

好雨知時節，當春乃發生。
隨風潛入夜，潤物細無聲。
野徑雲俱黑，江船火獨明。
曉看紅濕處，花重錦官城。

「潤」 ——主廚的名字，也是一種生活態度。它象徵著溫潤、滋養、默默陪伴，如細雨般無聲卻深遠。

「Rain」 ——靈感來自唐代詩人杜甫的詩篇《春夜喜雨》。

春夜的細雨，潤物無聲，不張揚，卻能喚醒整個大地的生機。這份詩意，正是 Rain Kitchen 所追求的精神。
